Summit County Builders Association welcomes you to the Twelfth Annual Summit County Parade of Homes ! Many of the 160 members of the association are represented in the Breckenridge homes you will view during your tour. These include architects, bankers, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, builders and real estate agents. They work hard throughout the year to present you with the best of Summit County building industry. The homes exhibit innovative designs and techniques, as  well as magnifi cent interior furnishings. The Summit County Builders Association ( SCBA) members provide the community with the American Dream. They build homes people dream about from entry level to the fabulous estates all in a beautiful mountain setting. Our members are involved in the communities of Breckenridge, Blue River, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, Silverthorne and other areas in Summit County. The SCBA provides many services to its members and their communities. A few of these include:
• Continuing education for its members affords ongoing exposure to the latest building standards and techniques.
• Consultation and cooperation with the fi ve building departments within Summit County real estate allow homes to be built that meet the aesthetic demands of the public, yet are energy effi cient, safe and structurally sound.
• Proceeds from our charitable fundraising activities are donated to The Summit Foundation and Bristlecone Home Health Care & Hospice.
• A signifi cant scholarship for a Summit High School graduate to study construction management has been awarded.
• The Home & Garden Show in April exposes members and the public to the latest in building products and trends.
This year, the Summit Foundation has partnered with the SCBA as the charitable benefactor of the Parade of Homes . Proceeds from the Parade’s admission fees will support the grants to non-profi t organizations in Summit and surrounding counties. Since 1986, over 180 non-profi t organizations have received grants from The Summit Foundation.
